​She also offers childbirth classes, perfect for hospital or home birthers, which are based on the Bradley method. (More info about that can be found in the FAQ section.) Her class topics are:

This is primarily for those who will be ready to begin TTC (trying to conceive) in the upcoming months or those who have been TTC for a while and need extra help. Rebecka discusses your health history, preferences/goals, and many ways to prepare and support your body to be in your best condition for pregnancy. Mercier Therapy may also be appropriate for your needs, which is a separate service (for more details, check out the Massage Therapy tab).
